Anne D. St. Peter is the founder of Global Prairie, an integrated marketing communications company.

Anne’s significant experience in the communications field includes building and managing high- performing communications teams for a variety of clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies.  She has led numerous award-winning campaigns and been recognized by PR Week as one of the leading communicators in the country.

Prior to founding Global Prairie, an integrated marketing communications firm, Anne served on the executive management team for one of the world’s largest communications agencies and as the chair of its global healthcare practice, representing the top 20 pharmaceutical companies. Anne’s efforts within the Kansas City community include serving as the incoming Chair of the Board for the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce (2009) and the chair-elect of the Greater Kansas City Community Foundation (2010).  She is a member of the board of directors for the Women’s Intersport Network (WIN for KC) and the Kansas City Area Life Sciences Institute. In addition, Anne serves as a member of board of directors of Blue Valley Bank Corp, were she is a member of the audit committee.

Anne is a graduate of Wellesley College. She is married to Robert F. St. Peter, M.D., President and CEO of the Kansas Health Institute. They are the parents of two children, Claire (7) and William (6).
