KCALSI ANNUAL DINNER REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED.

 

Register online for sponsorships or for individual registrations.

If you select a sponsorship option (of any size), you will be invoiced by KCALSI. Once you select a sponsorship option, you may also choose to purchase additional tickets using the Individual Ticket option. If you do so, your additional seating will be included in the KCALSI invoice you receive.

If you select the Individual Ticket option only, you will be required to use the online credit card payment method.

Sponsorship Deadline
Every effort will be made to acknowledge sponsorships, however, registrations received
after March 31, 2010 may not be included in all promotional pieces.

Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing and received by March 5, 2010. A $15.00 processing fee will be deducted from refunds. No refunds will be made after March 5, 2010.

Table Seating & Ticket Costs
Individual tickets cost $150. Tables seat 10 (one full table is $1,500).

Symposium Registration
While you are registering for the Annual Dinner, you may also register for the Research Symposium being held the following morning, Thursday, April 22, 2010.
