RESEARCH SYMPOSIUM: May 2012
The 2012 “Better, Smarter, Faster: The Power of Collaboration in Translational Medicine” symposium was held on May 31, 2012. The symposium was jointly presented by the Kansas City Area Life Sciences Institute and Frontiers: The Heartland Institute for Clinical and Translational Research.
RESEARCH SYMPOSIUM: April 2011
This symposium, which was held April 14, 2011, the day following KCALSI’s 2011 Annual Dinner, provided a more in-depth look at maximizing the impact of therapy on a patient’s health and minimizing the differences that can exist in health care delivery to patient subgroups. The symposium brought together both national and regional experts to discuss their efforts to improve the health of all patients.
