Regional strengths were assessed during a strategic planning process and logical steps were identified to grow the region’s economy by focusing resources on realizable technology-driven national or global hubs.
Priorities have been established whereby KCALSI will launch and implement initiatives in the areas listed below. New Economy Strategies served as the consultant for the strategic planning process.
